What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms that send information to us. The “Email us to book a call” button opens your own email program; nothing is sent until you choose to send the email.

Our website host, Netlify, keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, to run and secure the website. The fonts and images on this site are served from our own website, not from third parties.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and what you tell us to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them for that purpose and any work that follows. We do not sell your information.

Please do not send residents’ personal details through general enquiries. Information about residents and their homes is only collected as part of agreed work for a landlord, under the terms agreed with that landlord.

Our survey app

The HomeResolve survey app at app.homeresolve.uk is separate from this website. It is used only by our team and invited clients, and handles survey information under the terms agreed with each landlord.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Contact us at info@homeresolve.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
